Our Return Policy

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment from our facility. A Return Approval Note (RAN) number is required for all returns. You may request an RAN by following the steps outlined below.

Please Note: To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.

Please Note: Only two complimentary returns are allowed per customer, per year

Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment, or call us immediately at 18886064840. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. La Joya is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

To this end we provide our customers with a wide array of metal types and colors to fashion their jewelry to best suit their style and budget. Thus, most of our products are custom made to suit your style. This limits our ability to accept returns. You can be fully assured that your piece will be made with an obsessive attention to detail. If, however for some reason you still do not like your product you can exchange it for another product of equal value or add some money and purchase a product of higher value

Non-Refundable Items

At La Joya we pass on the full benefit of a fully vertically integrated business model to our customers. To this end we provide our customers with a wide array of metal types and colors to fashion their jewelry to best suit their style and budget. Thus, most of our products are custom made to suit your style. This limits are ability to accept returns. You can be fully assured that your piece will be made with an obsessive attention to detail. If, however for some reason you do not like your product you there may be a restocking fee applicable on these made to order pieces. Such a fee, if applicable, will be intimated on the product display page.

  • Special orders that entail your choice of metal tyle and color are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns without a La Joya Return Approval Note (RAN) will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

Non-Resizable Items

Certain category of goods like milgrain bands or full eternity rings cannot be resized. Hence please take care to order the correct ring size at time of purchase. For assistance determining the proper ring size, please contact customer service at support@lajoyajewelry.com or call us on 18886064840 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or use our online ring sizer.

How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange

To return a jewelry item to La Joya, please follow the process below:

  1. All returns require a Return Approval Note (RAN) number that must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box you are returning. Simply print the label and affix to the outside top portion of the box. To apply for a Return Approval Note (RAN) please click here
  2. Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials. Please include any jewelry grading certificates that you received with your original purchase. Jewelry certificates are not required for repairs and resizes. If your item was delivered with a Jewelry Certificate and that report is not returned, you will be liable for the USD $15 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write La Joya or Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.

After Your Return Is Received

Once we receive your shipment you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for us to check the returned item.
If you are expecting a refund, credit will be submitted within seven to ten business days.
If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive an email once the outbound shipment date has been set. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email the day of the outbound shipment.

Cancel Or Change An Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email us at support@lajoyajewelry.com or call us on 18886064840 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a return once you have received the shipment.

  • How long does it take for a credit to process?

Once a returned item passes our quality inspection and is fully processed for refund, it typically takes seven to ten business days for us to refund your money.

  • Who pays for return shipping?

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped, no questions asked. All returns that have a Return Approval Number (RAN) enjoy complementary shipping. If using our complimentary return service, the shipping label emailed to you includes insurance protection.
