Non-Refundable Items

At La Joya, we pass on the full benefit of a fully vertically integrated business model to our customers, offering a wide array of metal types and colors to suit various styles and budgets. The following items are non-returnable:
– Fine jewelry items that have been personalized (e.g., Personalized Necklaces, Engraved rings etc.).
– Jewelry with damaged or lost center diamonds.
– Jewelry or rings that have chips, scratches, breaks, or nicks.
– Jewelry that has been worked on, resized, or repaired by another jeweler.

Non-Resizable Items

Certain categories of goods, such as milgrain bands or full eternity rings, cannot be resized. Please ensure to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase. For assistance in determining the proper ring size, contact customer service at [email protected] or call us at 1888-606-4840 between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, or use our online ring sizer.

How to Prepare a Return

1. Send an email to [email protected] with your name, address, and reason for return. 2. Upon receiving your email, we will verify your order’s eligibility for a refund. 3. If the order is ineligible for a refund, you will be notified via email. 4. If eligible, a prepaid shipping label will be issued to you. Print the label and affix it to the outside top portion of the box. 5. Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials. Include any jewelry grading certificates received with your original purchase. If your item was delivered with a Jewelry Certificate and is not returned, you will be liable for the USD $50 replacement cost. Do not write “La Joya” or “Jewelry” on the outside of the box for security reasons.

After the Return is Received

Upon receiving your shipment, you will receive a confirmation email. Our quality assurance team will inspect and verify the item’s condition, which may take 5 to 15 business days. If you are expecting a refund, credit will be submitted within seven to ten business days. For return shipments, you will receive an email once the outbound shipment date is set, along with a shipping confirmation email on the day of outbound shipment.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Cancel or Change an Order

To change or cancel an order, email us at [email protected] or call us at 1888-606-4840 between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. We will attempt to accommodate changes before shipping confirmation, but some changes may result in a shipping delay. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations for special order requests or orders that have already shipped. If your order has shipped, contact us to arrange a return after receiving the shipment.
