You can shop with confidence at La Joya Jewelry. We stand behind our products and guarantee that they will be free of manufacturing flaws. However, in the natural course of events, unpleasant things can happen to perfectly fine jewelry. We have partnered with Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company to give you with a free 3-year protection plan against most unforeseen catastrophes.

Take Care Of Your Jewelry For A Lifetime

After three years, you can upgrade to the JM® Lifetime Upgraded Plan to continue receiving these benefits and ensure that your jewelry is in the same condition as when you purchased it so that you can pass it on to the next generation. 

If you choose not to avail the JM® Lifetime Upgraded Plan you can still enjoy our free lifetime cleaning and prong repair services.

Complimentary Cleaning And Inspection Services On Diamond Jewelry

We recommend having your diamond jewelry cleaned and inspected every year. Inspections may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your jewelry. This cleaning and inspection service is free of charge to La Joya customers

Complimentary Prong Tightening

Prongs of your favourite jewelry pieces may become loose with constant wear and tear and may lead to losing a diamond or color stone. At La Joya we provide our customers with free prong repair service as pre-emptive prevention against such accidents.

These repairs and inspections are limited to one per year.

Loss Of Jewelery

We know how heart-breaking it can be to when your jewelry gets lost or stolen. At La Joya we try to mitigate that loss as best we can. Any jewelry bought from La Joya, if lost can be reordered at a 40% discount. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer running and is limited to a maximum of one replacement per customer. What About Jewelry Below $400

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for review. If we determine that your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product. If we believe the damage is severe, we will replace it with a new piece of the same product. If the item is no longer available, we may replace it with similar-kind or allow a refund equal to the original purchase price.

If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you about the repair services available at cost or another alternative for the same.

We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft.

Some other examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, cooking or bathing.
  2. Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require restoration work periodically.
  3. Bent, caught or worn-out prongs allow a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
  4. Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.

Conditions And Exclusion

The above Manufacturer’s Warranty and Complimentary Services are available only to the person who purchased the respective piece from La Joya.

Maintenance, repair, ring sizing, or other additional services performed by someone other than La Joya will void your Manufacturer Warranty.

All jewelry sold by La Joya Jewelry will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. For all warranty claims, you must send the piece back to us along with the original purchase receipt. This warranty is only valid for jewelry purchased from La Joya Jewelry. La Joya is under no obligation to honour this warranty for pieces it determines it did not manufacture or sell. Any repair or service provided by a third party other than La Joya will void this warranty. A lifetime Warranty applies only to purchases made in the United States. This warranty is subject to change at any time without notice.
