• Upon your final approval, our master artisans meticulously bring your dream ring to life. Using ethically sourced diamonds, gemstones, and eco-friendly precious metals, they dedicate 14 working days to meticulous craftsmanship, ensuring the highest quality and lasting sparkle.

• Each ring is a unique masterpiece, and the complexity of your design might influence the timeline slightly. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process, providing transparent updates and estimated completion dates.

We understand that creating your dream ring is an iterative process, and your initial vision might evolve along the way. Here’s what happens if you’re not completely satisfied with the first 3D renderings:
First and Foremost, Communication is Key:

Up to 2 Revisions Included:

Beyond 2 Revisions:
• If further revisions are needed, we understand. Sometimes, achieving the desired outcome requires extra attention to detail.
• In such cases, a prepayment of $100 will be required to cover additional design time and resources.

While we currently don’t accept customer-provided stones for custom ring designs due to quality control and insurance concerns, we are happy to offer a wide selection of ethically sourced diamonds to meet your preferences. Our gemmologists can also help you find stones that closely match the characteristics of your heirloom diamond, so the sentimentality can still be incorporated into your design.

Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, we currently do not accept returns. However, we’re committed to making sure you’re completely satisfied with your ring before proceeding with production.
